The Bobcats are on the road today to take on the Spruce Grove Saints in the first of a two game weekend road stint which ends tomorrow in Drayton Valley.
This marks the fourth game of the season between the Saints and Bobcats. The two teams last met on January 15 where the Bobcats fell 3-1 on the road. Despite the loss Lloydminster has played some of its best hockey of the season in Spruce Grove, picking up their first win of 2016-17 at the Grant Fuhr in October. That game went to a shootout where Kobe Walker scored the eventual winning goal.
The Saints were in action last night at home where they dropped a 4-1 decision to the Brooks Bandits.
Tomorrow the Bobcats are in Drayton Valley for an afternoon matinee beginning at 2:30. Both games are available on Real Country 95.9 with pre-game beginning 15 minutes prior to puck-drop.
