Lloydminster, AB – The Lloydminster Bobcats are excited to announce the signing of 2007 forward Luke Abraham from the Calgary Royals U18 AAA program. Abraham, a native of Calgary, Alberta scored 20 times and added 13 assists for 33 points in 37 games this season.
The 6’3” will add a dimension to the Bobcats offensive group, “Luke is a kid that had an opportunity to watch throughout the season and he was a player who consistently got better every time we watched him. Luke is a big, strong player, that is willing to go to the hard areas of the ice. Luke has the ability score goals in a number of different ways with his elite release. We are excited to welcome Luke and his family to Lloydminster” commented Director of Player Personnel Andrew Gilbert.
