Lloydminster, AB – The Lloydminster Bobcats are thrilled to announce the signing of 2006 forward Wyatt Yule from the SAHA Academy. Yule, a native of Gleichen, Alberta had 5 goals and added 5 assists for 10 points in 22 games, while adding 1 goal in 8 games as an affiliate with the Okotoks Oilers.
Yule will add size to the forward group next season at 6 feet and 185 pounds. “Wyatt is a player that we had the opportunity to watch on several occasions at the U18 and junior level. Wyatt is a versatile player that can contribute to the success of a team in a number of ways. Wyatt has the ability to play physical, win face offs, create turnovers off the forecheck and has a great offensive upside that he will continue to develop with us in Lloydminster” described Director of Player Personnel Andrew Gilbert. “Not only is Wyatt going to be a good player for us on the ice, but he is also a high character kid that will contribute to many community programs our players are involved in! We are excited to welcome Wyatt and his family to Lloydminster!
