Bobcats Head Coach and General Manager Travis Clayton has announced the trade of ’99 defenceman Brendon Borbely (Okotoks, AB) to the Kindersley Klippers of the Saskatchewan Junior Hockey League in exchange for future considerations.
Borbely appeared in two games as an affiliate player with the Bobcats in 2015-16 before joining the team as a regular in 2016-17. In 38 games played, Borbely chipped in a goal and two assists from the blue line as a 17 year-old.
The Bobcats would like to thank Brendon and his family for their contributions to the organization, and wish him all the best in his future.
