The Lloydminster Bobcats have traded 1995 born Goaltender Christopher Tai to the Coquitlam Express of the British Columbia Hockey League (BCHL) in exchange for Future Considerations.
Tai came to the Bobcats from the Lethbridge Hurricanes of the Western Hockey League (WHL) on the January 10th deadline of last season. Tai appeared in 7 games while with the ‘Cats and posted a 4-3 record with a 2.24 goals against average, a .911 save percentage and 1 Shutout. Tai also was part of the Bobcats playoff run last year, where he posted a 6-4 record, with a 2.29 goals against average and a .919 save percentage as well as 2 shutouts.
