The Lloydminster Bobcats are pleased to announce that Kevin Darrar will take over as the Acklands-Grainger Point Man for the remainder of the season. Each point Kevin records for the remainder of the season will see Acklands-Grainger donate $25 dollars to the Lloydminster Region Health Foundation.
Kevin currently leads the team with 14 goals, and sits 3rd in points with 23 through 31 games played. A native of Monroe, New Jersey, Kevin joined the team a month into the season, on October 3rd in a game against the Grande Prairie Storm in which he recorded an assist. The 18 year old rookie has been a nice addition to the Bobcats roster and is a great pick for this tremendous partnership. The donation will double to $50 dollars during the playoffs for each point Kevin records. Good luck Kevin!
This role was previously held by Lukas Biensch, who is now a member of the Spruce Grove Saints. In 41 games this season as a Bobcat, Lukas put together 7 goals, 24 assists for 31 points which amounted to $775 dollars. Thank you Lukas for your contributions!
