The 2017-18 AJHL Regular Season is rapidly approaching and the Lloydminster Bobcats are continuing their preparations for the start of the season.
Beginning on Friday, the Bobcats will host their Main Camp.
Both Team Orange and Team White will be put through fitness testing on the opening day, before hitting the ice for the next three.
Saturday, Sunday and Monday will all feature morning practices to go along with an afternoon intrasquad game.
The three White vs Orange contests will take place Saturday at 4:30pm, Sunday at 4:30pm and Monday at 3:00pm, with the series winner claiming the Trophy Gallery Border City Cup.
“We’re looking forward to getting everyone on the ice and seeing what each player is capable of,” said Bobcats Head Coach and General Manager Travis Clayton. “Main camp is always a key building block towards the season, and we’re really excited about the talent and character of each skater coming in.”
The Bobcats will open the 2017-18 Regular Season at home when they host the Bonnyville Pontiacs on September 15.
