Noah Bauld Becomes Newest Bobcat

The Bobcats have added another quality forward to their front end, announcing today the signing of recruit Noah Bauld out of the Gunnery Highlanders of the New England Prep School Hockey League.

Bauld comes to the Bobcats as a skilled and well-rounded centreman with a high hockey IQ and a strong 200-foot game. The 5’11, 180 pound centreman is coming off a season in which he accumulated 8 goals and 15 assists for 23 points in 35 games as captain of the Gunnery Academy. A 1997-born product of Manhattan, New York, Bauld also had 10 goals and 23 assists for  for the Gunnery in 2013-14, giving him 45 career points as a Highlander.

Bauld joins Gunnery teammate Nick Quillan as two early recruits in what is an important offseason for the Bobcats, as they prepare to compete for the 2016 RBC Cup as the host team from May 14 – 22nd in Lloydminster.
