The Lloydminster Bobcats have traded ’96 forward Adam Wilson to the Grande Prairie Storm in exchange for future considerations.
Wilson was acquired from the Whitecourt Wolverines on September 13th, and appeared in 15 games in a Bobcats uniform scoring one goal and two assists for three points.
The Bobcats would like to thank Adam for his contributions to the team and wish him all the best in Grande Prairie.
The trade comes on the heels of a move made last week to bring in ’96 defenceman Austin Ehret from the Calgary Canucks in exchange for future considerations. The Calgary native has skated in 70 games with the Canucks over the last two seasons, scoring eight goals and 19 assists for 27 points in that span. The blue liner made his Bobcats debut this past Saturday against the Drumheller Dragons.
The Cats are back on home ice tomorrow night at the Civic Centre as the Canmore Eagles come to town, and then on Saturday it’s another home date against the Calgary Canucks. Book your seat today at tickets.lloydminsterbobcats.ca!
If you can’t make it to the rink, catch the broadcast with pre-game starting at 7:15 and puck drop at 7:30 on Real Country 95.9.
