Lloydminster, AB – The Lloydminster Bobcats have acquired 2003 born goalie Sebastian Resar from the Renfrew Wolves in the CCHL. Resar, who stands at 6’3” and 198 pounds played in 45 games during the 2022-23 season posting 2.83 goals against average and .913 save percentage. During last season’s playoffs Resar went 5-5-0 with 2.74 goals against and .920 save percentage.
Resar is a Whitby, Ontario native who will join the Lloydminster Bobcats this week, “we are excited to add Sebastian to our group, Solomon has done a great job stepping into the starter position at a young age early and has a bright future. Sebastian will add experience to our crease and we look forward to what he can do!” commented Bobcats General Manager Nigel Dube. The Bobcats will be set to begin a four-game home stand on Wednesday night against the Spruce Grove Saints.
