Congratulations to 17 year old Defencemen Cole Josefchak on being named the Cliff Rose for Clothes ‘Unsung Hero’ for the month of December. As the recipient of the award, Cole (pictured with Owner Dave Schneider’s daughter Amanda) receives a $200 in store credit to Cliff Rose for Clothes. In the month of December, Josefchak appeared in 9 games for the team, recording 4 assists along with 2 penalty minutes. Cole, a 17 year old rookie, has been a rock on the backend for the ‘Cats, logging big minutes, as well as time on both the penalty kill and power play. A Calgary native, standing at 6 foot 1 and 200 pounds plays a strong defensive game, shutting down oppositions and making their night difficult with his physical play. Through 36 games, Cole has recorded 1 goal along with 7 assists for 8 points and 20 penalty minutes. Way to go Cole!
