The Lloydminster Bobcats are pleased to announce the addition of 19 year old defenseman Kyler Wilkinson to their active roster. The 5’10, 170 pound blue-liner was born in Prince George, British Columbia. Kyler started this season playing ‘Junior B’ in British Columbia’s KIJHL with the Revelstoke Grizzlies, also spending time with the Creston Valley Thunder Cats and Nelson Leafs in previous seasons.
GM/Coach Garry VanHereweghe is excited to welcome Kyler to the roster, “he fills a void on defence that was created when Spencer Johnstone returned home to Calgary to play. Kyler is an offensive style right defenseman that is expected to play against Fort McMurray tonight.”
