The Lloydminster Bobcats have traded '98-born defenceman Tristan Petrie (Lloydminster, AB) to the Nipawin Hawks of the Saskatchewan Junior Hockey League in exchange for future considerations.
“I want to thank Tristan for his time and wish him all the best in his hockey future,” said Head Coach and General Manager Travis Clayton.
Petrie appeared in three games with the Bobcats over two seasons as an affiliate player before joining the team as a full-time member in 2016-17. Over 34 games, Petrie registered two assists.
