The winner of the Ernie Love Trophy as 2023-24 AJHL Scoring Champion is Lloydminster Bobcats forward Caden Cabana. The Bobcats Captain led the AJHL with 69 points (27G, 42A) and averaged 1.3 points per game.
Caden Cabana (Bonnyville, AB) is a finalist for the 2023-24 AJHL MVP and Top Forward awards. He was named the Viterra AJHL Star of the Game seven times in the regular season and was twice recognized as the Pizza 73 AJHL Player of the Week.
Cabana was acquired from the Spruce Grove Saints on January 5th of 2023 in a three way deal. In 82 games in a Bobcats uniform Cabana has scored 33 goals and has 55 assists. He is the first Bobcat to capture the AJHL Scoring Title in franchise history.
