Bobcats Acquire Veteran Defenseman Cash Ganske
Lloydminster, AB – The Lloydminster Bobcats have acquired 20-year-old defenseman Cash Ganske from the Devon Xtreme in exchange for Tafari Chingwaru.
Ganske, a native of Leduc, Alberta, brings significant Junior A experience to the Bobcats’ blue line. The veteran defenceman has appeared in 125 Alberta Junior Hockey League games, recording 7 goals and 33 assists.
“We are excited to add Cash to our defensive core. We believe we have a very strong group on the back end, and he adds even more AJHL experience and talent to it,” stated Bobcats General Manager Nigel Dube. “The trade took longer than anticipated, but we are excited to welcome a standout defenceman in our league to our program. Cash is extremely excited to play for the Bobcats and represent our community, and we look forward to having him in Lloydminster.”
The Bobcats would like to welcome Cash and the Ganske family to the Border City.
