Volunteers Needed for 2016 RBC Cup

In May of 2016, Lloydminster will be host to players, coaches, and fans from all across the country when the 2016 RBC Cup National Jr. 'A' Championship comes to town.

The tournament is set to be one of the largest sporting events ever to come to the Border City, and we need your help pulling it off! The host committee is now accepting volunteer applications for all areas of the event. Click on the link below and select 'Volunteers' to complete the form.

2016 RBC Cup


– The championship runs from May 13th to May 23rd, 2016 in Lloydminster. Game times are 3:30 p.m. and 7:30 p.m.

– You must be 16 years of age or older as of Jan 1st, 2016 to volunteer at the 2016 RBC Cup.

– Depending on the number of responses from volunteers, all applications MAY NOT be required.

– All applicants will be contacted regarding their application no later than Nov 30th, 2015.

– Every effort will be made to assign volunteers to their area of choice.

– A minimum contribution of 16 hours of volunteer service will be required for the event. Shifts will be divided into 4 hour time commitments.

– Volunteers are required to pay a $50 commitment fee. This fee also contributes to the volunteer reward package (details below).


– An OFFICIAL RBC Cup Volunteer Uniform consisting of the following two quality clothing items ($150 value):

  • ONE (1) Golf Shirt
  • ONE (1) Windbreaker

– A volunteer handbook.

– Free Access to the beer lounge during events when not on shift.

– Official event lanyard.

– An invitation to the Volunteer Appreciation Party on Sunday, May 22nd.
