Lloydminster, AB – The Lloydminster Bobcats are thrilled to announce the signing of forward Cooper Algajer! The Edmonton native played last season for the SSAC Athletics in the Alberta Elite Hockey League where he posted 24 goals and 14 assists in 38 games. Prior to playing U18AAA Algajer posted 21 goals and 15 assists in 36 games with the U16AAA SSAC Bulldogs.
The 5’11 and 175 pound forward will add an offensive boost to the Bobcats line up for the 2022-23 season, “we look forward to Cooper coming in and contributing offensively for us from day one, he is a player who has proven to score goals at all levels, and we look forward to helping to continue his development” stated Bobcats Head Coach and General Manager Nigel Dube.
